ETMarkets Conclave to demystify the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain

Amid all the mystery and buzz surrounding Bitcoins, the first edition of the
ETMarkets Conclave today puts the spotlight on cryptocurrency and blockchain. Cryptocurrencies, also known have virtual currencies, have broken a slew of records in the recent past, and the most popular among its kind — the Bitcoin — touched a record high of $58,350 last week before taking a breather.

DCB Bank’s Prasanna Lohar and GBA India head Sharat Chandra will deliver the keynote address on blockchain and its many possibilities. Massimo Buonomo, former UN expert, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, will talk in detail about the evolution of central bank digital currency (CBDC).

In a panel discussion top financial experts will debate on the topic of “Cryptocurrency has arrived! Or has it?”.

Sopnendu Mohanty, Chief Fintech Officer, Monetary Authority of Singapore, and Malik Khan Kotadia, Co-founder & Global Board Chairman, Global Impact FinTech Forum, will discuss about the digital evolution of money.
