Last week, volleyball coach Jon Symons, earned his 400th career win. His 400th win was won on Elkin’s home court over East Wilkes. Before he became the Elkin head coach, Symons coached at Starmount High School for over 10 years. While at Starmount, Symons led his team to a North Carolina High School Athletic Association 1A State Championship.
