The goal of the team is tohelp build products and solutions that rapidly help the company scale and expand internationally. You will be driving strategy and build for foundational product domains like Users, Identity & Ledger across all portfolios of products that are compliant with regulations including Tax. This role reports into the VP of Product. What You’ll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties) In this role, you will be leading a team of PM’s focused on building foundational products across Ledger, Identity & User domains that are easily extensible in terms of enabling new innovative products for consumer/institutional segments & also launching in different geographies that comply with the local regulations including tax. As an experienced product leader you will define the vision & strategy for these domains and be responsible for delivering successful outcomes for the business.What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements) 10 yrs or more experience working in Payments/Fintech companies & launching successful products at scale. Deep focus on understanding customer problems and coming up with hypothesis based solutions. Bachelors in Engineering, MBA/MS preferred. Relevant experience in building Identity, Ledger and Tax compliant products. Solid and extensive experience in building customer facing as well as platform products. Self motivated product leader with excellent communication skills who can influence cross functional teams to rapidly launch products.
