Sharon Ann Ripple, 74 of Sophia gained her heavenly wings on September 15, 2022. She was the daughter of the late James Cochran, and Beulah Davis Cochran.
In addition to her parents Sharon is preceded in death by her First Husband Noah James White.
Those left behind to always hold and cherish her memory are her three sons Brian White, James White, and Jeffrey White, two sisters Donna Craghead ,and Linda Pegram, grandson Briston White , four nieces and nephews Tracy Williams, Chris Craghead and Nick Craghead, Michael Pegram, eight great Nieces and Nephews Meghan Workman, Todd Craghead, Abby Craghead, Chloe Craghead, Kolbey Craghead, Alli Craghead, Carli Craghead and Haley Pettry.
She enjoyed reading books and buying books for her Grandson Briston who shares her passion for reading. She had a passion for baking and cooking that she shared with her Great Nieces Abby and Chloe Craghead. She loved to travel and see family who are spread all over the place. She loved life and family more than anything in this world. She gave her heart and soul to family and anyone who had time to sit with her.
A funeral service will take place for Sharon on September 23, 2022 at 12:00 PM. A private visitation for family will start at 10:00 am. Friends may call beginning at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at 1:00pm.
